Holafly x Westbrook Racing – Referral Campaign

Terms and Conditions


1. Promoter

The Holafly Racing Referral Campaign ("Campaign") is organized and promoted by Holafly Limited, a company registered in Ireland with registered office at 6th floor, 2 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, D02 A342, company registration number 745325, contact email: customer.care@group.holafly.com ("Promoter").

By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


2. Campaign Period

The Campaign begins on 22 June 2026 at 00:00 UTC and ends on 30 September 2026 at 23:59 UTC ("Campaign Period").

Any registrations, referrals, purchases, activations, Sweepstakes entries, or reward claims received outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible.


3. Eligibility

To participate, individuals must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation;

  • Complete the registration process through the official Campaign landing page and accept these Terms and Conditions;

  • Reside in a country where the Campaign is available;

  • Comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter, Westbrook Racing, and any affiliated entities involved in the administration of the Campaign are not eligible to participate.

Holafly reserves the right to limit participation in the Campaign to customers who have previously purchased a Holafly eSIM and have either completed an eSIM activation or have a pending activation associated with their account.

The Sweepstakes component may be restricted to specific countries listed in Annex A.

No purchase or referral is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes; see Section 8 for the free entry method.


4. Campaign Structure

The Campaign consists of two separate components:

  • A. Referral Promotion

  • B. Race to Miami Sweepstakes

Participation in one component does not automatically entitle a participant to benefits under the other except as expressly stated in these Terms.

PART A – REFERRAL PROMOTION

5. Qualifying Referrals

A referral is considered successful when:

  • The referred customer is a new Holafly customer;

  • The referred customer completes a qualifying purchase using a valid referral mechanism designated by Holafly;

  • The referred customer activates the purchased eSIM;

  • The referred customer's travel period has ended;

  • Holafly has completed its validation review; and

  • The transaction is not cancelled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise disqualified.

Holafly reserves the right to review and validate all referrals before awarding rewards, status upgrades, Sweepstakes entries, or prizes.


6. Status Levels and Rewards

Participants may earn the following status levels during the Campaign Period:

Rewards are not cumulative. A participant who reaches Commander status will receive only the EUR 30 reward associated with that status level.

Referral rewards will be provided in the form of digital gift cards, digital reward cards, or equivalent rewards selected by Holafly.

The type, brand, value, and availability of rewards may vary by country, currency, and participant location.

If a particular reward is unavailable, restricted, or impractical to deliver in a participant's country of residence, Holafly reserves the right to substitute the reward with an equivalent amount of Holacoins credited to the participant's Holafly account. Holacoins will be awarded at a conversion rate of 100 Holacoins = €1.


Holacoins may be redeemed in accordance with the Holafly Holacoins Terms of Use, available here. Holacoins expire after twelve (12) months after issuance unless otherwise stated. 

Gift cards are provided by a third-party gift card and rewards platform, Tremendous (https://www.tremendous.com/). By redeeming a reward, Referrers acknowledge and agree that such redemption is subject to Tremendous’s applicable terms and policies, which they are required to review prior to redemption.

Only gift cards (https://www.tremendous.com/catalog/?category=Gift+cards) will be available to be redeemed. Any prepaid cards or monetary options are excluded from the program. Holafly is not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of the Tremendous platform. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.


6A. Validation and Reward Distribution

To ensure compliance with these Terms and to prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks, cancellations, and other invalid transactions, Holafly applies a validation and cooling-off period before issuing rewards, status upgrades, Sweepstakes entries, or prizes.

Rewards, status upgrades, Sweepstakes entries, or prizes may be granted and distributed between thirty (30) and ninety (90) calendar days after the participant reaches the applicable referral milestone and the qualifying referrals have successfully completed Holafly's validation process.

Achievement of a referral milestone does not result in immediate reward issuance.

Holafly reserves the right to delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards pending verification of eligibility, suspected fraud, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or other violations of these Terms.


7. Referral Reward Conditions

Referral rewards:

  • Have no cash alternative unless required by law;

  • Are non-transferable;

  • May not be exchanged or resold;

  • May be withheld pending fraud review.

Holafly reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or recover rewards obtained through abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

The Campaign is subject to a maximum reward allocation. If the total reward allocation is reached, Holafly will notify participants via the Campaign landing page and close further reward issuance. Participants who reached a reward milestone before the allocation was exhausted will receive their earned rewards.

PART B – RACE TO MIAMI SWEEPSTAKES


8. Sweepstakes Eligibility

Only participants located in approved Sweepstakes countries listed in Annex A are eligible for Sweepstakes prizes.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase, payment, or referral of any kind is required to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Making a purchase or referring another person will not increase a participant's chances of winning.

Participants may obtain a Sweepstakes entry through either of the following methods:

  • (a) Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Register on the official Campaign registration page here. (the “Registration Page”). Registration is free of charge, does not require inviting or referring any other person, and is limited to one (1) registration per person. Each valid registration grants one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

  • (b) Bonus Entry via Referral: Participants who additionally achieve Rookie status by completing three (3) successful referrals in accordance with Part A of these Terms will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry, for a maximum of two (2) entries per participant.

Only one (1) free-entry registration is permitted per person. Multiple registrations by the same individual, household, or email address will be void and may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.

A free-entry registration under Section 8(a) qualifies a participant for a Sweepstakes entry only. It does not, by itself, qualify a participant for referral rewards or status levels, which require successful referrals as set out in Sections 5 to 7.


9. Sweepstakes Entries

Participants who complete a valid free-entry registration in accordance with Section 8(a) will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry at no cost and without any obligation to make a purchase or refer any other person.

Participants who additionally achieve Rookie status and successfully complete Holafly's validation process in accordance with Section 8(b) will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry, for a maximum of two (2) entries per participant.

Holafly reserves the right to verify all entries before the draw.


10. Prize Pool

Grand Prize

One (1) winner and one (1) guest will receive a VIP Westbrook Racing Miami Experience consisting of:

  • Round-trip transportation for the winner and one (1) guest;

  • Accommodation for the winner and one (1) guest;

  • Ocean Club Hospitality Access;

  • Guided Paddock Tour;

  • Pilot Meet & Greet;

  • Launch Zone Visit;

  • Behind-the-Scenes Access.

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize will be announced prior to the draw.

Prize details may be modified if required due to operational, venue, partner, safety, regulatory, scheduling, or other circumstances beyond Holafly's reasonable control.


Secondary Prizes

Total Prize Winners: 300

Approximate prize values are listed in Annex B.


11. Winner Selection

All eligible and validated Sweepstakes entries will participate in a random draw conducted after the Campaign Period.

The draw will determine:

  • One (1) Grand Prize Winner; and

  • Winners of all Secondary Prizes.

The draw will be conducted by Holafly or an independent party designated by Holafly.

The outcome of the draw is final.


11A. Public Prize Draw

The Sweepstakes draw will be conducted live on Holafly's official Instagram account on a date announced by Holafly following the end of the Campaign Period.

Eligible winners will be selected at random from all validated entries.

Participants are not required to attend or watch the live broadcast in order to win.

Following the draw, selected winners will remain subject to eligibility verification, compliance checks, and acceptance of the applicable prize terms before prizes are officially awarded.

If a selected winner is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified timeframe, or does not satisfy the requirements of these Terms, Holafly reserves the right to select an alternate winner using the same selection process.

Holafly reserves the right to modify the date, time, platform, or format of the live draw if required for operational, technical, legal, or other reasonable reasons.


12. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the contact information associated with their Holafly account or Campaign registration.

If a winner:

  • Cannot be contacted;

  • Fails to respond within fourteen (14) calendar days;

  • Fails eligibility verification;

  • Refuses to provide requested documentation; or

  • Declines the prize,

Holafly may select an alternate winner.


13. Travel Prize Conditions

The Grand Prize winner may be required to:

  • Provide proof of identity and age;

  • Complete travel documentation;

  • Comply with venue, event, safety, and hospitality requirements;

  • Sign publicity, liability, or participation releases where legally permitted.

The winner is responsible for obtaining any necessary passport, visa, travel authorization, vaccinations, insurance, or other documentation unless expressly stated otherwise by Holafly.

Travel dates are subject to availability and event scheduling.

No compensation will be provided for cancelled, delayed, modified, or unavailable event elements beyond what is required by applicable law.


GENERAL TERMS

14. Fraud Prevention and Disqualification

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Self-referrals;

  • Creating multiple accounts;

  • Fake or manipulated purchases;

  • Referral farming;

  • Automated participation;

  • Use of false information;

  • Any activity intended to manipulate the Campaign.

Holafly may investigate suspected abuse and may disqualify participants without notice.

Any rewards, entries, or status levels, or prizes, obtained through prohibited activity may be cancelled or recovered.


15. Publicity Rights

Holafly may invite participants to take part in promotional activities. Participation in promotional activities is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving referral rewards. Participants who wish to take part will be asked to provide separate consent at the time of the request.

The Grand Prize winner may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activities related to the Miami experience, including photography, filming, interviews, testimonials, and social media content creation.

By accepting the Grand Prize, the winner grants Holafly and Westbrook Racing the right to use such content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.


16. Data Protection

Personal data collected through the Campaign will be processed by Holafly Limited (as data controller) for the following purposes: administering the Campaign, validating referrals, issuing rewards and prizes, preventing fraud, and complying with legal obligations.

The lawful bases for processing are: performance of the contract formed by acceptance of these Terms (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interests in fraud prevention and campaign administration (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and consent where separately obtained (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Personal data may be shared with: Tremendous (gift card fulfilment), Westbrook Racing (prize fulfilment and, where consent is given, promotional activities), and service providers assisting with campaign operations, fraud detection, and analytics.

Personal data will be retained for the duration of the Campaign and for a period of [X months] thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port their personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) or their local supervisory authority.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holafly shall not be liable for:

  • Technical failures;

  • Lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted submissions;

  • Travel disruptions;

  • Event modifications outside its reasonable control;

  • Third-party service interruptions;

  • Failures caused by telecommunications networks, internet providers, or external platforms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.


17A. Tax

Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from the receipt of rewards or prizes, including income tax, gift tax, or any other applicable taxes. Holafly may be required to report prize values to tax authorities or to withhold tax where required by law. The Grand Prize winner may be required to provide tax identification information before the prize is awarded.

18. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

Holafly reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign if required due to legal, regulatory, technical, operational, security, fraud-prevention, commercial, or other reasonable circumstances.

Holafly will notify participants of any material changes via the Campaign landing page or by email. Any such decision shall be final to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Nothing in these Terms shall deprive participants of the protections afforded to them by the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.

Annex A – Eligible Sweepstakes Countries

Eligibility for the Sweepstakes component varies by country of residence, as set out below. This does not affect eligibility for the Referral Promotion (Part A), which remains available in all countries where the Campaign is offered.

Countries Excluded from the Sweepstakes

Participants residing in the following countries may participate in the Referral Promotion but are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes:

Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru.

Countries Eligible for the Sweepstakes

Participants residing in the following countries are eligible to enter and win the Sweepstakes, subject to these Terms:

United Kingdom, Germany, Canada (excluding Quebec), France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Japan.

Countries Eligible for the Sweepstakes, Subject to Additional Limitations

Participants residing in the following countries are eligible to enter and win the Sweepstakes, subject to additional local legal requirements, restrictions, or limitations (which may include, without limitation, state- or territory-specific eligibility rules, permit or registration obligations, eligibility affidavits, or adjusted prize elements) as may be further specified by Holafly prior to or during the Campaign Period:

United States, Australia.
